Get free coaching from top retail expert at Pulse

Free business coaching sessions provided by Mary Portas' business partner, Peter Cross, are up for grabs by three lucky shops at next month's Pulse exhibition.


Shop owners are being invited to apply to be one of the businesses chosen to be assessed and helped by Cross at his special presentation. They need to submit a selection of photos of their shop and products and ideally a photo of themselves too, plus a brief synopsis (no more than 200 words) of what the business does and why it is different, and, finally, say why the shop needs Cross's help.

In front of a live audience at Pulse on Monday June11 the selected case studies will be invited to talk about their brand, business and customers, so applicants need to be willing to divulge information about their businesses and not be camera shy.

Cross will also be talking generally about what is happening on our high streets, how people shop, and how businesses (particularly independents) need to adapt and engage with their customers.

Pulse takes place at Earl's Court, London, June 10 to 12.
