This Sencha glass teapot is an example of the 2012 range from Randwyck, which includes a number of affordable, modern and innovative products, all shown at the recent Spring Fair.

A family-owned company based in Holland with over 40 years’ experience as a specialist supplier of high-quality borosilicate glass teaware, Randwyck was acquired by La Cafetière in 2011 to enhance and extend the company’s existing portfolio of coffee, tea and chocolate-related products and accessories.
Since then, both companies have been working closely to formulate a strategy to maximise the potential of each brand.
La Cafetière has relaunched Randwyck it as its sister brand with a fresh new corporate identity and packaging and new UK-relevant products. Randwyck’s target is to be mass/middle market whilst La Cafetière will maintain its position as the more top-end brand.
The orientally-styled Sencha teapot is designed to be in tune with the current trend for healthy drinks and ideal for speciality large leaf tea such as mint tea, green tea and fruit infusions.
It is made from heat-resistant borosilicate glass and features an integrated glass tea infuser, and is shown here with Lotus glass cup and saucer.
