Baking expert Juliet Sear fronts own TV show

‘Beautiful Baking with Juliet Sear’ sees the baking expert front her own TV series for the first time.

Episode one of the 10-part series airs on Sunday (November 3) at 9.30am on ITV.

The broadcaster said: ‘From 3am starts in her own bakery to creating birthday cakes for celebrities and royalty, Juliet has built her reputation on delivering delicious and visually stunning bakes. In this series she can inspire amateur home bakers to roll up their sleeves and start baking spectacular treats.

‘In each of the 60-minute episodes, Juliet will whip up four delicious bakes from her studio kitchen, with each show themed around an ingredient, style of baking, calendar event or celebration.’

‘Juliet will be joined by special guests, including chocolatier Paul A Young and Ottolenghi’s [pastry chef] Helen Goh – who will give their own take on the spectacular world of baking, and she’ll provide plenty of recipes that cater for different dietary needs.

‘As well as autumnal treats, Juliet will guide viewers through food for the party season, before turning to more health-conscious recipe ideas ready for the New Year. Plus, vegan and gluten-free friendly dishes are also on the menu.’
