Celebrities reveal their favourite food in new TV mini-series

Channel 4 has partnered with premium chocolate brand Green & Black’s to produce a mini-series starring five of the country’s most famous foodies.

‘Celeb Dishes: The Food That Made Me’ is the title of a collection of four bite-sized shows (called ‘shorts’) featuring five celebrities who share family recipes and culinary memories, choosing one dish they’ve inherited, and one they’d like to pass down.

In the episodes, Michelin-starred chefs Michel Roux Jr and Tom Kitchin, plus actress and foodie Emilia Fox, and TV presenters and cookbook authors Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley, talk about their love of food through the lens of colour.

Green & Black makes and sells premium chocolate using organic ingredients which are ethically sourced. The company said: ‘Green & Black’s said: ‘Colour has always been central to Green & Black’s, from our wide spectrum of organic ingredients through to the rainbow palette of our branding – we even have two colours in our name. Put simply, Green & Black’s has always indulged in the delights of taste and colour and these films are a tribute to that passion.’

‘Shorts’ are Channel 4 short-form videos that are available to watch on All 4 at www.channel4.com/shorts. All 4 is Channel 4’s free on demand channel, available on a wide range of platforms including web, mobile (iOS, Android, Windows Phone), console (Xbox, PlayStation) and big screen (YouView, FreeSat, Freeview Play, Samsung, Amazon Fire TV, Now TV). It is also available via third-party providers, such as Sky, BT and Virgin Media.
