With less than four month to go before the International Home + Housewares Show opens in Chicago, the organisers say they have lined up over 2,000 exhibitors from six continents.

The fair showcases the latest market-driven homewares products, designs and trends, and has a strong focus on high-quality brands.
Within the show are four separate expos: Clean, Contain + Sustain, featuring cleaning, hardware, home organisation and clothing care; Dine + Design, featuring cookware and bakeware, tabletop, kitchen accessories and foods; Wired + Well, offering electrical, floorcare and home environment products; and Global Crossroads, bringing together the international pavilions.
Visitors will also be able to see Discover Design, featuring over 100 of the world’s design and trend leaders offering collections for table, kitchen and home. And there will be insights into the latest trends, designs, visual merchandising, sustainability, retail success factors and consumer preferences at nearly two dozen education sessions.
The Hall of Global Innovation gives visitors a visual summary of trends shaping the housewares industry. The exhibits include: Going Green – sustainable products and packaging and new materials; GIA Global Innovation Awards – award-winning retailers from around the world showcasing best visual merchandising and retail practices; Pantone ColorWatch – nine palettes representing the strongest home furnishing colour trends for 2014; IHA Innovation Awards for new products; and the winners of the 2013 IHA Student Design Competition demonstrating their models.
The International Home + Housewares Show takes place March 2 to 5 2013 at McCormick Place, Chicago.
