The latest addition to the Kuhn Rikon Colori range of knives is this new Ulu knife, which will be on show at this year’s Exclusively Housewares.
The Swiss-designed product takes its inspiration from the original Eskimo peoples’ knife. Essentially a mezzaluna, it incorporates a razor sharp, non-stick, high-carbon Japanese steel blade, while the ergonomically-shaped handle makes for easy chopping and mincing.
The Ulu knife has a rigid polypropylene body and comes with a snug-fitting safety sheath. It is available in two sizes.
