Delia Smith will be visiting Spring Fair on Monday, February 4.
As well as being involved with a major launch at the fair, she will also be in the CookLive! Theatre at 2pm when she will be doing a Q&A session with one of the show’s presenters.
Delia Smith is the UK’s best-selling cookery writer with over 21m copies of her book being sold worldwide.
Her new book, Delia’s Cakes, will be published by Hodder and Stoughton on February 28.
