Dragons’ Den seeks housewares entrepreneurs

The BBC television Dragons’ Den programme is inviting entrepreneurs from within the housewares industry to appear in the next series.

Dragons' Den seeks housewares entrepreneurs

In the shows, businessmen and women present their ideas or inventions to a panel of multi-millionaires in the hope of securing an investment from them in return for equity in their business.

The BBC now wants to hear from anyone wanting to take part in Dragons’ Den, and will be auditioning throughout the coming months.

The Dragons are prepared to listen to a pitch for any kind of business but they must be convinced that it requires investment and will make money. Ideas, businesses and products that have previously gained financial backing in the Den have demonstrated one or more of the following: unique selling point, scalability, clear route to market and a planned exit strategy.
