Eddingtons has announced that it has been appointed the new UK distributor for GarlicCard.

The gadget, previously distributed by JWP, acts both as a garlic grater and spreader for the prepared garlic and is available in a range of colours.
Eddingtons will officially launch the range at London’s Exclusively Housewares show next week, and stock is available with immediate effect.

Meanwhile, Eddingtons says the Poachies egg-poaching bags which it introduced at this year’s Spring Fair are proving hugely successful. The company has sold over half a million bags to date – resulting in almost 4,000 eggs being poached in a Poachies bag every day.
Eddingtons took on the general distributorship of Poachies at the beginning of the year. Until then, Lakeland had had exclusivity on the bags, which it sold, and still does, under the Poachets name.
Eddingtons is currently running a Poachies Roadshow, with live demonstrations organised at The Creative Cookware Company, Wantage; Bentalls, Kingston; Bents, Warrington; Dartington Trading; Kitchen Sync, Teddington; Selfridges, London; Colanders, Hitchin; La Cuisiniere, London; Plymouth Flavourfest; and Kitchens’ summer event. Any other retailers interested in having a demo should advise their local sales rep.
