Falcon Products has taken on the UK distribution for household cleaning products supplier Spontex.
The agreement follows the takeover of previous distributor JWP by Meyer Group at the end of last year, which resulted in JWP no longer distributing Spontex.
Spontex’s large range, which covers scourers, gloves, wiping products and baby weaning accessories, will add another dimension to Falcon’s product portfolio which includes the company’s own brands of Bake-O-Glide, Gripo, La Cuisine and Truly Scrumptious, as well as European brands Lit Gas and We Love Pasta.
Falcon managing director Gary Downham said the company was looking forward to working with both Spontex and its customers “in what we hope will be a long and successful partnership”.
