Fearne Cotton teams up with Smeg

Smeg has announced a new partnership with celebrity Fearne Cotton.

The TV and radio presenter’s debut cookbook ‘Cook Happy, Cook Healthy’, which was released on June 2, is already rising high in the best-selling hardbook non-fiction charts.

The title is billed as ‘full of easy, fast and healthy recipes for everything from breakfast and speedy suppers to baked treats. With an eye to food bills and time-poor households, the ingredients are easy to buy and few in number, and the methods very simple’.

The Italian appliance brand said it hopes the combination of Fearne’s new recipes and its retro-styled appliances will inspire a new generation of cooks to get creative and experiment in the kitchen.

As part of the collaboration, Fearne will be sharing some of her favourite recipes with Smeg.

Smeg UK managing director Mike Giddings said: “We’re delighted to be working with Fearne. As a busy working mum, she is someone many of our customers can identify with, and having closely followed her mouth-watering Instagram posts, she is already proving an inspiration for millions to get creative in the kitchen.”

“I know from having spoken with Fearne, and seeing her use Smeg products, that she loves our 50’s style small domestic appliances and is passionate about cooking with big flavours. We feel fortunate to be supporting with the next chapter in her career.”
