Joe Wicks (aka The Body Coach) dominates ‘The Mail On Sunday’ UK bestsellers list of non-fiction paperbacks.
The online nutrition and fitness expert‘s ‘Lean In 15’ – which features 15 minute meals and workouts – is at number one in the chart.
At number two is Joe’s ‘Lean in 15 – The Shape Plan: 15 minute meals with workouts to build a strong, lean body’ in which he shares 100 recipes and four workouts.
In seventh place is ‘The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet’ by Dr Michael Mosley which is billed as ‘a game-changing approach to raised blood sugar levels’.
A companion cookbook called ‘The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet Recipe Book’ is in sixth position. Michael’s wife Dr Clare Bailey has teamed up with nutritionist Dr Sarah Schenker to create 150 recipes designed to help readers lose weight and keep their blood sugar levels in check. The collection of low-cal, low-carb recipes range from quick breakfasts to suppers, and follow the Mediterranean style of eating.
This book chart appeared in ‘The Mail on Sunday’s’ ‘Event’ magazine on October 30. It is compiled by Nielsen Bookscan TCM, which collates real time sales from over 6,500 retailers, representing over 90% of the UK book market.
