Derek Miller, CEO of the IHA (International Housewares Association), organisers of The Inspired Home Show has issued a statement about the 2025 edition of the trade show.
“As we prepare to come together at The Inspired Home Show 2024 in Chicago in just a few weeks, I want to give you a preview of our planning process for next year. Next week, the Show contact for all exhibitors will receive the Space Application much earlier than in the past for The Inspired Home Show 2025. The IHA Board of Directors and Staff have been working on ways to increase efficiencies, and giving exhibitors the option to apply earlier will allow the IHA Show and Operations Teams additional time later in the year to better serve you, our members.
“Payment will still be due according to the current schedule in early July, and the cancellation deadline will remain at the end of August. But, as an incentive to begin your planning process earlier in the year, there will be a new discount for IHA Members who apply early and pay by the regular July deadline. Those choosing to apply at a later date can continue to do so, much like the process used for the 2024 Show. And, if you want more space, less space or a new location, that’s OK, too – we’ll accommodate those requests.
“Next week, when the 2025 Space Applications are sent, we’ll include detailed instructions on how the program will work and the discounts available. You’ll complete the 2025 Space Application online, just as you have done in the past. The Show’s website will have a FAQ section to answer most of your questions, and if you still have a question or concern, simply reach out to your Show Manager, and we’d be happy to talk you through the changes and benefits available.
“Coming out of Covid, we’ve been working hard to reshape your Show, and are excited for the industry to experience the changes planned in 2024, most importantly the debut of the new North Hall with the co-location of Wired + Well and Clean + Contain. Change is good and often necessary to ensure the delivery of the best experience possible. And, as you can see, we’ve already started to plan and adapt for 2025.
