It’s a family affair at Forma House

Over the past two years Maghnagi has worked across the business in various departments from distribution to sales and marketing. In the past year he has also been focusing on the development of business across the web, and sourcing and negotiating the acquisition of new brands, including the Built accessory range from New York.

He will also be working closely with Forma House’s network of sales agents across the UK and

will spend time visiting retailers.

Forma House has been established for over 40 years, and Maghnagi’s father, managing director Guido Maghnagi, has been at the helm since the beginning. Now approaching his 65th birthday, he feels the time is right to move the next generation forward.

Commenting on his new role, Simon Maghnagi said: “This is a really exciting time for us as we continue to build on our current ranges, and I’m really happy to be at the forefront of this development.”
