Leading UK importer Joe Davies has announced the acquisition of Hemel-based East West Europe, a specialist in supplying licensed products from leading UK artists across a range of kitchen and homeware gift lines. The deal includes the acquisition of East West’s brand, stock and assets.
Following completion of the deal, Joe Davies has signed new licencing agreements with Bree Merryn, Emma Lawrence, LoveLilly Art, Paper Shed Designs,
Sunny by Sue, Louise Tate and Siobhan Harrison.
The range will be on display at Autumn Fair in September.
