
Joe Wicks returned to Channel 4 at 8pm today (Tuesday February 13) to host his new two-part series ‘Joe Wicks: The Body Coach’.
In the first of two one-hour episodes, the health and nutrition guru met four people keen to get fit: bridesmaid-to-be Natalie; teacher Asa, whose diet and fondness for a G&T caused his weight to balloon; and mum and daughter Liz and Hannah, who were looking to downsize.
In the show, the former personal trainer turned Instagram sensation paired his short intense work outs with super-fast recipes to give the quartet a body confidence boost – with positive results.
In episode two, which airs next Tuesday (February 20) at 8pm, Joe helps pub landlords Jim and Helen call time on their unhealthy lifestyle, gets Elise in Bradford more body confident for spending time with her kids and inspires Jake to start exercising again.
