Keith Crowther, owner of La Cookshop at Blagdon in Northumberland, is in training for the Morrisons Great North Run, which takes place at Newcastle-upon-Tyne on September 13.
He will be joined by his friend, fellow retailer Alan Robinson of the Corbridge Cookshop at Corbridge in Northumberland. Keith is is running on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Society, and has set up a just giving page.
Keith said: “I hope that all the training will pay off and I complete the race and raise as much as I can to help the research into this dreadful disease.”
