There are only a few days left for housewares retailers and suppliers to enter the Housewares Innovation Awards and be in with a chance of winning one of the most prestigious accolades in the industry.
Entries for the awards are being accepted only up until next Monday, January 21 2013, after which the judging panels will be getting to work.
Housewares retailers can enter themselves into one of three categories, depending on turnover, and there is also the Rising Star Award for new businesses. In addition, suppliers have a chance to nominate a retailer that they believe deserves to win one of the awards.
There is also a range of categories for the product element of the awards: Cookware & Bakeware Innovation Award, Small Electricals Innovation Award, Food Preparation Innovation Awards, Kitchenware Innovation Awards and Tabletop Innovation Award.
And if there’s a salesperson out there worthy of winning an award, then retailers have an opportunity to nominate them too.
The awards will be presented on April 16 as part of the Housewares Conference & Innovation Awards 2013 – the most exciting new event for the housewares industry. Speakers booked for the conference promise to deliver an unmissable day of inspiration and information, which will be topped off by the awards presentation and dinner.
