The silicone bakeware and cookware supplier Lékué is bringing its UK distributorship agreement with JWP to an end this week.
The Spanish manufacturer will now be setting up a subsidiary company to handle its sales in the UK and Ireland, and JWP sales manager Ben Wadeson is leaving the company to head up the new enterprise.
Meanwhile, retailers should continue to place orders for Lékué products with JWP in the usual way until they are advised when the new operation begins.
JWP says the separation of the two companies is “extremely amicable”, and that they will continue to work together. Lékué will be supplying the Innovation from JWP range of silicone patisserie baking moulds that was shown at this month’s Spring Fair.
