London homewares show will launch in 2012

January 2012 will see the launch of a new show for the homewares and interior accessories industries, to sit alongside London show Top Drawer.
Called Home, the exhibition’s product line-up will include lighting, small and occasional furniture, accessories for the kitchen and bathroom, soft furnishings, tableware, glassware and garden accessories.

Organiser Clarion Events says that Home will be the UK’s first dedicated exhibition of UK and international suppliers of housewares, homewares and accessories, and will provide the opportunity for UK and international buyers to source established brands at the first show of the European season.

Ian Rudge, co-founder of 100% Design, is heading up the Home team for Clarion, which also organises Top Drawer, Pulse and Home & Gift Harrogate.

He promises that Home will be: “An appealing trade exhibition for discriminating retailers looking for stylish, well designed, modern and classic products at price points that make sense.”

Meanwhile, significant investment is also being made in Top Drawer 2012. Each of the five sections – Fashion, Gifts, Greetings, Children’s and Wellbeing – will be developed to offer more international brands and new names and a greater breadth of choice for retailers.

Top Drawer and Home will take place at London’s Earls Court One and Two respectively on January 15 to 17 2012.
