Melitta has introduced a range of porcelain Pour Over Sets. Available in pastel blue, grey, pink and yellow, the Classic Edition Pour Over Set includes a 600ml porcelain jug, a porcelain filter and five Melitta filter papers.
The range offers an alternative to the single-serve cup; it is suitable for larger quantities of handmade coffee, serving up to four cups.
Preparation consists of lining the porcelain cone with a Melitta filter paper, which is filled with freshly ground coffee and sits on top of the jug. Hot water is slowly poured over the grounds and fresh coffee drips into the jug below.
