Morphy Richards has announced a new partnership with the upcoming comedy film Focker In-Law, starring Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro and Ariana Grande, as the appliance brand celebrates its 90th anniversary.
The partnership will see Morphy Richards launch a multi-channel marketing campaign during the final quarter of 2026, using the slogan ‘Part of the Circle of Trust since 1936’, a reference to the popular Meet the Parents film franchise.
With Focker In-Law arriving in UK cinemas on 25 November, the campaign will bring together the brand’s heritage and its latest range of small domestic appliances, highlighting their role in making everyday household tasks easier.
Products featured in the campaign will include Morphy Richards’ Sear & Stew slow cookers, Compact Soup Maker, Multifunction 10-in-1 Food Cooker and its range of kettles and toasters.
The marketing activity will focus on convenience, energy efficiency and running costs, particularly as households look for ways to manage their spending during the winter months.
According to Morphy Richards, its Compact Soup Maker typically costs less than 10p in electricity per batch of soup, demonstrating how smaller appliances can offer an economical alternative for everyday cooking.
The partnership comes as the British appliance manufacturer marks 90 years since its founding in 1936, when Donal Morphy and Charles Richards established the company, initially building its reputation through the production of irons.
Today, Morphy Richards claims its appliances can be found in three out of five UK households, while independently commissioned research puts its brand recognition at 86 per cent.

The upcoming film reunites Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro for another instalment of the Meet the Parents franchise, alongside returning cast members Teri Polo and Blythe Danner.
Ariana Grande joins the cast, alongside Skyler Gisondo, Beanie Feldstein and Eduardo Franco, with John Hamburg directing.
Focker In-Law is scheduled for release in UK cinemas on 25 November 2026.
