The Macaron Mat features 28 preprinted circles for easily sizing and separating macarons. It is also a perfect option to bake any other kind of pastries, and doubles as an anti-slip work surface for kneading, mixing, preparing, and rolling out dough, pasta, and patties.
The Mat is durable, heat resistant up to 260 degrees, and it’s smooth, silicone surface allows for simple cleaning after use.
