Pendeford Housewares has announced a new licensing agreement with Sanderson Design Group to develop a kitchenware collection under the Morris & Co. label.

The partnership will see Pendeford create a range of kitchen products featuring the iconic heritage prints of William Morris, bringing classic British design into contemporary kitchenware.

According to the company, its product development team is currently working on a collection that incorporates Morris’s distinctive patterns across a range of kitchen products. The aim is to combine traditional design heritage with modern functionality for today’s consumers.

James Burgess, Sales & Marketing Director at Pendeford Housewares, said the agreement forms part of the company’s wider strategy to introduce more heritage-led brands into the kitchenware sector.

“Pendeford is on a mission to bring British heritage brands into the kitchen,” he said. “Our goal is to make it easier for retailers to offer consumers products that not only perform well but also bring beauty and character to their kitchens.”

The first collection under the new licensing agreement will feature ceramics and cast iron products decorated with William Morris designs.

Pendeford confirmed that the range will make its debut at the Inspired Home Show Chicago, with additional product ranges already in development and expected to launch in the near future.
