Procook has announced it has appointed Meg Lustman, the former Chief Executive of Hobbs, as a Non-Executive Director.
Ms Lustman will take up her new position on June 25 when she will also assume the role of Chair of the remuneration committee and become a member of the nomination and the audit and risk committees. She replaces Luke Kingsnorth, who has informed its Board of his intention to step down to focus on other professional commitments.

She is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director of N Brown Group where she is also is Chair of its remuneration committee and Interim Chair of the nominations and governance committees.
