ProCook wins prize at Direct Commerce Awards 2019

Housewares chain ProCook won the title of best multichannel retailer in the ‘annual sales of £15 million-£30 million-B2C’ category of the Direct Commerce Awards 2019, held on June 13 at Twickenham Stadium in south-west London.

Organised by Direct Commerce Association, the awards were hosted by Will Greenwood MBE: a former rugby union player who played for Leicester Tigers and Harlequins and was a member of the 2003 World Cup-winning squad.

Other winners included brands Cox & Cox, Screwfix, Virgin Experience Days, Gtech and Mountain Warehouse.

ProCook said its win was driven by ‘another record-breaking year’ which saw the company grow by 21% from January to December 2018.

Founder Daniel O’Neill commented: “This is the fourth year running that we’ve won the award and we couldn’t be more pleased to have our achievements recognised in this way. Every year that we’ve entered, it’s been great to celebrate the results we’ve achieved in the past 12 months – and this year is no exception. Massive congratulations and thanks to everyone at ProCook. We have won this award as a result of the sustained hard work, enthusiasm and team spirit of everyone at the company.”
