This week Sainsbury’s has introduced a new brownie pudding that mixes chocolate with avocado.
The supermarket chain says its sales of avocados have soared by 41% in the past year. The fruit it is often referred to as a superfood because of its health benefits.
The grocery multiple’s new Taste the Difference Chocolate, Avocado & Coconut Brownie Puddings uses avocado and Belgian dark chocolate. It is topped with Belgian chocolate sauce and finished with flakes of toasted coconut.
Two 95g puddings retail at £2.75.
