Celebrity chef Ken Hom will be paying a visit to the Spring Fair on Tuesday February 6.
Widely regarded as one of the world’s leading authorities on Asian cooking, Ken will be on the DKB Household UK stand in Hall 9 (C44-D45) between 10am-11.20am and 1.30pm-2:50pm.
The TV presenter and author will be answering questions from the audience and signing and giving away free Ken Hom Recipe Books.
Ken will also be appearing on the Housewares LIVE stand in Hall 9 (E80) in the morning and afternoon. He will be conducting cookery demonstrations from 11:30am-12:15pm and 3pm-3.45pm, followed by 15-minute question and answer sessions with the audience.
Ken will be cooking with a 2-piece stainless steel wok with glass lid from his Performance Range. This wok features an encapsulated base and is coated with a non-stick PFOA and HALO coating, designed to distribute the heat evenly and quickly.
