Skeppshult partners with John Lewis

Swedish cookware company, Skeppshult and its brand ambassador, chef and restaurateur Gizzi Erskine, have partnered with John Lewis to launch an edit of must-have sustainable cast iron cookware.

Having built a devoted following of home cooks, celebrity chefs and foodies on social media, along with gaining an established UK retailer presence, it’s now time for Skeppshult’s sustainable cast iron cookware to be seen by even more eyes around the country.

The Gizzi Edit of Skeppshult cookware consists of 10 Skeppshult lines that have been chosen by Gizzi as the essential items from across the Skeppshult ranges.

Gizzi Erskine said: “Each item picked for my collection was done so on the merit that I believe every kitchen should have it! I’ve used Sekppshult cookware professionally for years, because of its durability and stylish design. I’m always so impressed by the results I get when using this cookware, and I’m so excited to introduce John Lewis customers to the Skeppshult Gizzi Edit.”

Amongst other things, the Gizzi Edit includes a 2L Cast Iron Casserole, the popular Swing Spice Mill, a 1.5L Gratin dish and add a selection of cookware with Swedish Walnut handles. Gizzi hand-picked each item to curate an edit that helps first time Skeppshult buyers pick a must have piece of kit.

Michael Vesterlund, Skeppshult’s VP Global Sales, added: “We couldn’t think of a better fitting UK retailer to launch the Gizzi Edit with. This selection of our cast iron cookware has been carefully picked by our UK ambassador Gizzi Erskine to provide a great place to start when shopping for your first Skeppshult items or a condensed range to pick from to widen your existing collection.”
