The deadline to enter the Housewares Innovation Awards 2017 has been extended to October 24, offering those working within the housewares industry a final chance to take part in one of the most outstanding events of the year.

The awards are organised by Housewares Magazine and www.HousewaresLive.net in conjunction with the Spring Fair, and we would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to enter so far. But if you haven’t yet entered yet, there’s still time.

There are awards for retailers, products and people.

The retail categories are: Best Housewares Retail Website, Best Cookshop, Best Independent Department Store, Best Multiple Housewares Retailer, Best Independent Garden Retailer, Best Multiple Garden Retailer, Best Rising Star, Best Supermarket and Best Window Display. 

The product categories are: Kitchenware Innovation, Tabletop Innovation, Bakeware Innovation, Cookware Innovation, Small Electricals Innovation, Food Preparation Innovation and Packaging Innovation.

The final category is: Best Housewares Retail Buyer, Best Housewares Salesperson, Service and Best Wholesaler.

Entries are flooding in. So with the deadline looming, make sure you are in the running. It’s a really simple process to enter, so get online now and start today. Don’t be the odd one out!

The winners will be revealed at an evening ceremony on Monday February 6 at The National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham – during the Spring Fair – and the prizes will be presented on stage by celebrity cooks The Hairy Bikers.

The Housewares Innovation Awards 2017 are still open for entries:  retailers and suppliers have until Friday September 30 to get their submissions in.

We have already received some superb entries – but there is still plenty of time for you to take part too before the deadline.

Working in partnership with the Spring Fair, and organised by Housewares Magazine and its digital partner www.HousewaresLive.net, the award categories cover the breadth of the housewares industry, from products to retailers and individuals.

Whether it’s the latest small electrical appliance, an ingenious gadget, a stunning window display, a rising star retailer, or the most exemplary salesperson, there are achievements for everyone to celebrate.

The winners will be announced at a prestigious ceremony on the evening of Monday February 6 – during the Spring Fair – at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham.
