Nick and Susan Bailey of Thomas William cookshops in Manchester and Chester are celebrating being the lucky winners in Eddingtons’ Chefs Experience Spring Fair competition.
The couple will spend a day at Alan Murchison’s Michelin-star restaurant L’Ortolan in Shinfield, Berkshire, where they will enjoy a day in the kitchen learning tricks of the trade, lunch with the head chef, a gift set of Füri knives, a signed copy of Alan Murchison’s book Food For Thought and a 20% discount on Thermomix.
The prize, worth over £1,000, is sponsored by Alan Murchison Restaurants and Füri knives.
