Michelin starred chef Tom Kerridge has revealed his preferred housewares products in an interview published today (September 30) in the ‘Metro’ daily newspaper.

He said his ‘most useful kit’ is a “great big chopping board (a leftover bit of wood from a kitchen worktop) and some “very nice Japanese knives”. He added that he couldn’t get by without my KitchenAid or Thermomix, which he described as “phenomenal – it blends and heats so you can make soups in it”. He said that the product he uses most is his espresso machine, followed by the kettle.
This week Tom launches his second TV series and accompanying book. ‘Tom Kerridge’s Best Ever Dishes’ starts this Friday on BBC2 at 9pm and his cookbook, ‘Best Ever Dishes’, is out now.
