Victorinox has appointed acclaimed British chef and restaurateur Jackson Boxer as its first UK chef ambassador, marking a significant step in strengthening the brand’s presence across both professional and home kitchens.
Best known for his influential restaurant portfolio in London, Mr Boxer will represent Victorinox’s kitchen and commercial knives range, bringing his culinary expertise to a brand long associated with precision, durability and ergonomic design. Trusted by chefs worldwide, the knives have been a staple in Boxer’s own kitchens for years.
Mr Boxer joins Victorinox’s international ambassador programme alongside chefs including Nenad Mlinarevic and Marco Müller, both recognised for their precision-led cooking and strong culinary identities.
Speaking about the partnership, Mr Boxer said: “I’m delighted to be joining Victorinox as their first Chef Ambassador for the UK. Their knives have been a quiet constant in my kitchens for years – at home and in service – dependable, precise, and beautifully made. It feels only natural to formalise a relationship with a brand I’ve long trusted, and I’m looking forward to what we’ll do together.”
Founded in 1884 and still family-run, Victorinox shares many of the values Boxer brings to his work, including a commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and creating welcoming environments for both teams and guests.
Carl Elsener, CEO of Victorinox, added: “We are delighted to be working with renowned British chef Jackson Boxer as our first UK Chef Ambassador. His commitment to creating distinctive and much-loved establishments makes him a natural partner for a company that values authenticity, quality and excellence in craftsmanship and experience.”
Alongside the ambassador announcement, Victorinox continues to expand its kitchenware offer. A new utensils range launched on April 13 introduces 16 specialised tools, including graters, zesters, pizza and cheese slicers, spatulas, grill turners and precision tweezers, designed for both professional kitchens and home cooks.
The brand’s Swiss Classic collection remains one of its most widely used ranges, offering lightweight, ergonomic knives made from European steel that deliver professional sharpness for everyday cooking. Meanwhile, the Wood Collection combines high-performance stainless steel blades with elegant wooden handles, appealing to those seeking a more traditional aesthetic without compromising on performance.
