What More has announced plans to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge this summer to raise funds for the Stroke Association, in memory of a much-missed colleague.

The team at the housewares manufacturer will tackle the gruelling trek on August 23 2025, in tribute to Stuart Fetigan, who sadly passed away in 2024 after suffering a stroke.

“When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you,” a company spokesperson said. “Life changes instantly and recovery is tough – but with the right support, the brain can adapt.”

Every day in the UK, around 240 people experience a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only UK charity providing lifelong support to stroke survivors and their families, as well as funding vital research and campaigning for improved care.

All funds raised through What More UK’s JustGiving page will go directly to the Stroke Association. The company is urging supporters, colleagues, and the wider community to get behind the challenge.

“With more donations and support, we can help rebuild even more lives affected by stroke. This challenge is our way of honouring Stuart’s memory and supporting others facing the same devastating impact.”
