US non-stick coatings manufacturer Whitford has completed its purchase of AkzoNobel’s non-stick coatings division.
The acquisition involves AkzoNobel’s worldwide cookware and bakeware activities in the US, China, India, Brazil and Italy.
In a joint statement, the companies said they would try to ensure that the handover of information, inventory and equipment would be as smooth as possible, and result in no problems for customers.
