Luxury cookware brand All-Clad will once again be the cookware sponsor of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or international cooking competition.
Created almost 25 years ago by three Michelin starred French chef Paul Bocuse, the contest’s Grand Finale takes place every two years during the SIRHA fair (the international equivalent of Hotelympia) in Lyon, France, which this year runs January 22 to 26.
The final cook-off, on the last two days of the show, involves chefs from 24 different countries competing in front of a top judging panel and the public.
Simon Hulstone, owner of the one Michelin star Elephant restaurant in Torquay, will be representing the UK.
All-Clad, a Groupe SEB brand, will be taking two stands at the fair, one in the main complex and another in the exclusive Bocuse d’Or VIP area, which will host five leading chefs from the Bocuse d’Or USA team.
