Three trade associations in the home enhancement, garden and leisure and pet product sectors are joining forces to host a conference on the theme of ‘The Future for International Trade’, ahead of the UK’s departure from the EU.
BHETA (British Home Enhancement Trade Association) has teamed up with Gardenex (Federation of Garden & Leisure Manufacturers) and PetQuip (International Trade Association of Pet Equipment Suppliers) for the day-long event, will take place on March 12 at the Stratford Manor Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.
The aim of the conference is to help suppliers understand and navigate Brexit complexities and highlight the export support and opportunities available.
Delegates will hear from experts on the changes and challenges of trading internationally after the UK leaves the EU, including case studies from successful exporters in the home enhancement, gardening and leisure and pet product sectors. Also invited to participate will be service providers specialising in transport, logistics, IP and international business law, along with exhibition organisers and government advisors.
