BHF-BSSA promotes marketing people

BHF-BSSA Group has made new appointments within its marketing and events departments as it starts its first full year as the newly-merged trade association for independent non-food retailers.
Sarah Golden has been promoted to director of marketing, reflecting her increased role within the group since the merger and the wider role she has moved into for group marketing activities. Her first task will be the re-branding the new group.

Esther Purvey has been promoted to the role of marketing manager, previously held by Golden.

Trade shows, conferences and awards will be handled by Nicola Shoolbred, while Diana Truman will take on the day-to-day administrative needs of the group branches.

Three more appointments will be made later this month.
