Having produced more than 3m kitchen bins from its two production centres in the UK and Belgium, Brabantia is already celebrating a year before the Touch Bin’s 10th birthday next year.
The bin, which features tactile, soft-touch opening for easy and light operation, and silent lid operation, was launched in 1999 in the original 50l size.
Today, the Touch Bin comes in a range of different shapes and sizes, and an array of finishes that range from matt black and red to stainless and matt steel.
The bin is now exported throughout Europe, as well as to key markets that include the USA, Australasia and the Far East.
