Crystal and glassware manufacturer Dartington Crystal has signed an exclusive deal to represent Jersey Pottery throughout the UK. The partnership will see the Dartington sales team service the Jersey Pottery products to the existing Dartington and Jersey customers. Logistics and product delivery will remain with Jersey.
Channel Islands-based Jersey Pottery was established by the Jones family in 1946 and is still owned by the family, three members of which currently work with the company.
Commenting on the move, Dartington managing director John Morris described the brand fit as “excellent. We see this opportunity as a way to strengthen distribution for both brands in the gift and tabletop market.”
Both Dartington and Jersey will be showing at the forthcoming London Gift Show and Harrogate Trade Fair.
