DK Household Brands is preparing to make a strong impression at this year’s Exclusively Show. Housewares Magazine caught up with Heidi Thomas, Head of Marketing, to discuss the company’s latest and greatest.
DK Household Brands will be using this year’s Exclusively Show to unveil a host of new launches across its portfolio, with a strong emphasis on natural materials, multifunctional design and sustainable innovation. The company is bringing together trend-led design and everyday practicality across Cole & Mason, Zyliss, Culinare and AdHoc.
A major focus for 2026 is the growing consumer demand for natural materials, multifunctionality and thoughtful design. This is reflected most clearly in the new Cole & Mason Portobello Collection, crafted from Italian olive wood and inspired by Mediterranean dining and warm, organic interiors.
“One of the biggest homewares trends for 2026 is the use of natural materials that display warmth and natural textures,” explains Heidi Thomas, Head of Marketing at DK Household Brands. “That’s reflected beautifully in Cole & Mason’s new Portobello Olive Wood Collection.”
Inspired by Mediterranean dining and relaxed alfresco living, the Portobello range is crafted from Italian olive wood, showcasing rich tones and natural grain patterns designed to bring warmth and character into the kitchen and dining space.
Alongside timeless aesthetics, functionality remains central to the company’s approach. Cole & Mason’s new Shadwell Spice Storage Collection has been created to offer flexible, space-saving storage for modern kitchens, whether on countertops, walls or inside drawers.
“The range provides functional, flexible and personalised storage solutions,” highlights Ms Thomas. “Consumers increasingly want products that are not only beautiful, but genuinely make life easier.”
The brand is also expanding its award-winning Kenton Mill Collection with three new colourways, Cinnamon, Himalayan Salt and Persian Blue Salt, while its popular Derwent range is moving further into smart kitchen technology with new USB-rechargeable electronic mills.
Celebrating 75 years of Swiss Kitchen Innovation
For Zyliss, the spotlight this year is celebrating over seven decades of innovation in the kitchen. From the original Susi garlic press to category-defining products like the Zick Zick food chopper and salad spinners, Zyliss continues to combine Swiss precision with consumer insight to create durable, intuitive tools designed to meet evolving market and retail demands.
“Our vision is for a smarter, more sustainable kitchen,” Ms Thomas says. “We’re blending heritage with forward-thinking design, while prioritising eco-friendly materials, recyclable packaging and long-lasting quality.”
Among the launches will be the next-generation Susi 4 garlic press, featuring a larger chamber and improved cleaning mechanism, as well as a new Swiss-made three-piece Y Peeler Set designed for versatility and compact storage.
Meanwhile, Culinare is continuing to focus on multifunctional kitchen essentials, including chopping boards with integrated graters and strainers, compact juicer-and-grater combinations, and ergonomic salad spinners.
Also making its debut at the show will be AdHoc’s new coffee-on-the-go Pulse Series collection and the trend-led Matcha Chado Connoisseur Set.
Visitors to the stand can also expect interactive demonstrations designed to showcase the products in action.
“Retailers can expect an exclusive first look at our latest innovations, products that combine clever engineering, Swiss heritage and sustainable design,” Ms Thomas adds.
DK Household Brands will be exhibiting at stand EH346, with its Business Design Centre showroom, in Unit 200, also open throughout the exhibition.
