Nick Walter, former sales & marketing manager with RTA Wine Racks, is planning an extended vacation following his resignation from the Metalrax Group.
More accurately, Walter says he will now be devoting more of his time to his Cornish holiday business after spending more than six years with the Norfolk-based manufacturer. He left the company last month.
Walter has two properties, Roscrea for bed and breakfast, and The Old Barn at Trethin holiday cottage, both in north Cornwall.
“Everyone’s welcome to come and stay,” he told HousewaresLive.net. “Special rates for former colleagues are available.”
However, they may have trouble getting in. Walter added: “Our four-star B&B is really busy this year, and our holiday cottage on Bodmin Moor is fully booked through the summer.”
It won’t all be freshly-baked scones and clotted cream for Walter, though. He said: “I’m currently considering one or two interesting projects within the housewares industry which, if I go ahead with them, should come to fruition over the next 12 months.”
