Four housewares firms join BHETA

Four housewares companies have joined BHETA (British Home Enhancement Trade Association): Mustard, ICTC, Root7 and Salco.

Mustard’s range is an eclectic mix of gifts, licensed brands, and home accessories, from highlighter pens to shower curtains. Headquartered in London, it has offices in Paris and New York. Having established the brand and distribution in the UK, customers include department stores, specialist independent retailers, mail order and online stores. The company plans to extend its range with a particular emphasis on products for the kitchen.

ICTC distributes many of the best known kitchenware and cookware brands on the market today to leading cookshops and department stores in the UK and Ireland. Its range includes bakeware, cookware, tableware and textiles as well as kitchen equipment. Based in Norwich, the ICTC portfolio includes brands such as Microplane, Mauviel and Terraillon.

Established in 1999 in London, Root7 has a strong presence in the UK, Europe,

Southern Africa and North America, with a range of barware, kitchenware, partyware and giftware.

Salco was founded in 1866 and focuses on providing a diverse range of contemporary gifts and innovative products for the home. With an in-house design team and a bespoke department for national accounts, it delivers exclusive products to many of the UK’s major retailers. Its international portfolio includes manufacturers based in Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Denmark.
