Heal’s delivers fourth year of losses

Iconic retailer Heal’s has failed to reverse its flagging fortunes, revealing further losses in its latest accounts.
The group notched up its fourth consecutive year of losses in the 12 months to September 2007, with a £3.5m loss. Heal’s has now made a combined loss of over £16m since 2003.

Chief executive Andrea Warden and company secretary Mark Jackson have now each bought a 10% stake in the ailing business from the Weston family.
