Described as a refreshing cookbook and lifestyle guide promoting balanced and healthy living, ‘Honestly Healthy’ has jumped into the list of the nation’s top 10 best-selling non-fiction hardbacks.

The book, which was published on June 1 by Jacqui Small, is co-authored by leading nutritionist Vicki Edgson and her god-daughter, Natasha Corrett, who is a vegetarian chef. The full title is ‘Honestly Healthy: Eat with your body in mind, the alkaline way’ and it explains the benefits of choosing to eat predominantly alkaline foods, with over 100 recipes.

‘Honestly Healthy’ takes ninth position for the week ending July 29 in Nielsen Bookscan TCM’s weekly top 10 chart, which collates real time sales from over 6,500 retailers representing over 90% of the UK book market.

The number one spot in the chart is held by Gok Wan. Total sales of the style guru’s ‘Gok Cooks Chinese’ book on Chinese cooking have reached 84,163 to date.

Three other cookbooks appear in the top 10: ‘Jamie’s 30-Minute Meals’ by Jamie Oliver at number six, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s ‘River Cottage Veg Every Day!’ at number five and Paul Hollywood’s ‘How To Bake’ at number two.
