Housewares supplier Horwood is providing equipment for Eat Drink Bristol Fashion, which runs until May 10.
Returning for a fourth year, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion is a pop-up festival of food, drink and music set in a tipi village, located in the city’s Queen Square. Attractions include a fine dining restaurant for 100 people, a tapas bar for 300 and live music every day.
The event showcases independent and locally sourced food and drink from across the region. This year it features collaborations between many famous names in the south-west food scene, with three Michelin starred chefs from Bath, and chefs from the top 50 gastropubs. They will be cooking in the tipis and cookery theatres using equipment supplied by Bristol-based family-owned Horwood.
