Ikea has been named Retailer of the Year in the largest consumer survey in Europe.
Over 1.45m consumers in 10 countries took part in the survey, which looked at over 1,100 retail chains this year.
Ikea was placed in the top five favourite chains in seven out of the 10 countries, with Portugal and Switzerland putting it at the top of the list.
