Inspired Lifestyle Brands has been appointed as the UK agent of French housewares company Mastrad, which supplies baking and dessert moulds, utensils, food preparation tools, cooking aids, meat probes and thermometers.
Mastrad managing director Thibault Houelleu said: “We’re really excited to be refocusing our resources on bringing our products to the UK customer base, as the UK market has long been an exciting place to launch new products. With the pipeline of newness coming through, we’re looking forward to adding a bit of French flair.
“We’re also putting a new structure in place to ensure that the UK trade is able to see first-hand exactly why we’re one of France’s best loved kitchenware brands.”
Christian Dalton, sales director of Inspired Lifestyle Brands, who will be representing Mastrad in the UK, said “Even before we announced Mastrad’s UK plans, we received a number of enquires to see the range. I guess some secrets are just too good to keep quiet!”
