Typhoon is backing Creative Britain campaign

Typhoon Housewares is so impressed with Spring Fair Birmingham’s Creative Britain initiative that it is taking the idea one step further.

Typhoon is backing Creative Britain campaign

Spring Fair says many of its international buyers make the trip specifically to source UK ranges, and the Creative Britain campaign aims to help. Products designed in the British Isles are highlighted in the show preview, catalogue and online directory via a striking Creative Britain logo.

Now, Typhoon says that to add further weight to the initiative it will be including the logo on all relevant new launch packaging, with a view to rolling this out throughout all future UK-designed packaging amendments and new products.

Typhoon will be one of the key suppliers within Spring Fair’s Kitchen and Dining hall.

Managing director Chris Stevens commented: “We’re passionate about in-house design, and with more and more off-the-shelf products being brought into the UK year on year by many of our competitors we’re hugely supportive of this proactive campaign. Our design team work hard to produce unique yet commercially viable ranges and highlighting this using Spring Fair’s simple yet effective logo can only be of benefit to all”.
