South-west housewares specialist chain Kitchens has now fully rebranded its stores in Bath, Bristol and Cardiff, as Kitchens Cookshop.

The shops were renamed last year and the rebranding now extends to the retailer’s literature, bags and adverts.
Kitchens Cookshop business development manager Ann Hunt explained: “Our web address is www.kitchenscookshop.co.uk. We wanted to give a consistent message to our customers and so we rebranded the stores ‘Kitchens Cookshop’. By enhancing our name we now clearly explain what we do and it’s easier for customers to find our website. However, I’m sure many of our loyal customers will forever refer to us as ‘Kitchens’!”
The business has served home cooks and professional chefs since 1968. It carries a broad choice of more than 20 ranges of cookware, 14 ranges of knives and at least 20 different potato peelers.
Last year it also introduced a new concept to the Cardiff and Bristol stores, by inviting local food producers to set up stalls in the branches on selected ‘Foodie Days’, which are promoted in store and on the website and social media pages. The company says these are proving popular with customers who enjoy the chance to buy items such as artisan bread and locally made jams and preserves.
